Full Agent Support Roadmap

Month 1: The Foundation

Agent Support - Roadmap Call
The first meeting with your Agent will be an in-depth video call to review the weeks ahead, the pieces of our Agent Support Program, and how each week will look as we work together in support of your career goals.
This call will review what happens each week throughout the first 4 months of our Agent Support Program and will ensure you feel comfortable, confident, and ready for the work we'll do together in the weeks ahead.

Setting Up Weekly/Monthly Cadence
You will be working with your Agent each week of our program...and they will also be on standby for any questions and needs.
This includes 1) a Weekly Accountability Check-In text or email communication with your Agent, 2) a Monthly 1v1 Coaching Call, 3) Pre-Interview Coaching Calls, and 4) In-depth Consult Calls outlined below.

Resume & LinkedIn Review
Your resume and LinkedIn page are the first marketing materials you'll use when reaching out to companies. As such, this step is vital in ensuring you are set up for success as you market yourself to the key decision-makers in the hiring process.
You'll meet with your Agent to review your current Resume and LinkedIn pages and to determine the best edits, changes, and additions.

Combine Evaluation
This program will allow us to understand your Workplace DNA, team dynamics, and career experiences. As a result, you will be positioned to your top company matches with much greater success for fit, alignment, and culture. Plus, we are able to use this evaluation profile for any clients in our network that you may be interested in.

Combine Check-In
At this stage, you've started your Combine Evaluation and discussed how to improve your Resume and LinkedIn page. Next - we'll meet to review each of these key pieces and discuss any further recommendations, edits, and additions.

Video Interview
The 'Video Interview' is a valuable opportunity to showcase your skills, experience, and background in a warm and authentic environment. This acts as a 1st-round interview environment for employers (including passively throughout your career journey). The video interview plays like a TV or podcast interview - it's a great opportunity to tell your best stories and for your top-targeted companies to see and hear the real you.

Also, at any point you have an interview, you can schedule a Pre-Interview Coaching Call with your Agent to review the opportunity, prepare for the interview, and be set up for success to impress the interviewer.

The 'Career Purpose' Toolkit
The next step in our program is our Career Purpose Toolkit. This toolkit is a great way to dig into your values, workplace DNA, and help you define your career purpose.
Each exercise is designed to help you understand your talents and career purpose while giving you the right framework to achieve your career goals.

Vision Board & Top Companies
As you've worked through one of the key exercises in the Career Purpose Toolkit, you'll start developing your Vision Board Companies - the companies that you plan to target with a full-court approach.
Making a list of these companies will be the crucial next step in your R&D Phase and to direct your Agent in the next step outlined below, Company Outreach & Advocacy.

Company Outreach & Advocacy
Now that you've got your Vision Board Companies, your Agent can support you with outreach and advocacy on your behalf.
You'll provide your Agent with the details needed to contact the key decision-makers at the companies you hope to get in front of...and your Agent will email, call, and get in front of those companies to advocate meeting you and why you'd be a great fit for certain roles.

Job Search 1v1 Coaching Call
During this call, we will review the current job market, job listings that you've identified as fits, a review of companies that are hiring, and the processes to go from application to interview to hire.

Marketing Materials Suite
At this stage, your Agent will give you access to a Google Drive folder with 1) your most updated Resume, 2) link page to your Jombine profile, 3) online portfolio (if applicable to your job role, and 4) our library of communication templates and resources to use with hiring managers, recruiters, and key decision makers during your hiring process.

As you work through all of these steps in defining your career purpose, we've put together our 9 favorite books that will help you define, refine, and opine on your career purpose. This is a great opportunity to dive deeper into some incredibly valuable and proven books to support you, your direction, and your career goals.
Month 3: Becoming a Pro

Defining Your Purpose Consult
During this consult, we will review your work and the results of your Toolkit exercises. This 1v1 dedicated session with your Agent will dive into your results and answers on each page of the Toolkit. We will support your answers with input, insights, coaching, and roadmaps to guide you in your purpose and goals.
Month 4: Your Career Journey

Career Roadmap Blueprint
As we work through the closing stages of this program, our work together will not be over. You will continue plugging away at your career journey in pursuit of your goals and purpose...and your Agent will stay alongside you throughout your career arc.
As a final tool and resource, your Agent will prepare a Blueprint to support your strategy and the work you both have done together in the last 4 months. This Blueprint will keep you on track as you navigate opportunities, growth, and your career journey.
