Key Hiring Goals
6+ years of growth or demand marketing in SaaS or Software…this is a MUST…and those with legal tech or adjacent B2B get bonus consideration!
We’re also looking for startup experience, especially Series A and beyond.
HubSpot is key, and experience across the main Growth Marketing suite is expected (Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and growth hacking.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot), and analytics platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and use data to explain successes and failures
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Innovative and creative problem solver.
