You will receive a custom and password-protected site to view candidates in each of our hiring pipelines. Here, you'll dig in deeper to top candidates, review Agent notes, move candidates along the pipeline, and get access to any top candidate's Jombine evaluation profiles.

Any top candidates that we present undergo this evaluation program - giving you a true 1st-round interview environment to meet and vet these top potential candidates.

That’s why we started Jombine. That’s why we’ve spent years and heavy investments developing a platform, systems, and approach that flips the scripts of traditional recruiting practices.

 

And that’s why we want to give back with a big heart. Jombine has partnered with Hearts for Water and Globeserve to support communities in Ghana and Burkina Faso. For every hire that Jombine supports, we donate proceeds of our fees to these organizations in support of wells being built to provide the clean water needed to sustainably supply an entire village.
