THE JOMBINE PLATFORM

Candidates apply with one application and profile for all available jobs and companies across our network. Our Scouts act as career coaches and mediators in support of each candidate's career goals and ambitions.
Plus, our Combine platform creates a lifetime value archetype for our candidates as they navigate each job along their career path. There are opportunities to develop our candidates with continual coaching, gamification models within our assessments, industry & job-based projects, and valuable career resources.
Using our network of Scouts, Jombine is able to crowdsource candidates and scale quickly as we enter new industries, job types, and regions.
Employers get a database of pre-vetted candidates that best match their hiring goals and culture as they pipeline each candidate through the recruiting process.


Each profile has the right content to make informed decisions and completely eliminates the need for traditional pre-screens and 1st round interviews. Once selected for in-person interviews, the employer's hiring teams spend time with only those candidates that best match their team dynamics, job needs, and culture.

We also see a growth track within our Combine platform as we develop our proprietary tools, matching foundations, and data sets. We plan to employ further assessments and evaluation programs, push greater focus on our candidate lifetime values, employ partnerships (including assessment providers, corporations, universities, and military), implement AI enhancements, leverage data plays, and strategically launch new industries and markets as we tap into a greater network of Scouts nationally & internationally.
Our Scout network will form the backbone of Jombine. As market experts and independently driven agents, our Scouts will lead our growth across our target industries and job types as they source the best candidates in their niche and regions, lead them through our Combine, and match to interested Employers that are hiring.


As mediators between Employers and Candidates, our Scouts provide the tools and roadmaps needed for both parties to match via common goals, fit, and culture.
DISRUPT TRADITIONAL RECRUITING
The market size to disrupt recruiting is massive. The total staffing and recruiting industry size is expecting to rise back over $151B in 2022.
More compelling though, there are 20,000 staffing and recruiting companies operating in the US – most though generate under $10M in annual revenue and only 100 companies surpass over $100M in annual revenues. So for pretty much everyone one of the 20,000 firms in the US, especially those under $10M, they have a real barrier to scale as they can only capitalize on the one candidate that gets hired for each job that they book…opening the door for Jombine to significantly disrupt the majority of recruiting firms in the US.

With a current 9.8 million people looking for jobs, 6.7 million current job openings, & 51% of currently employed people are keeping their eyes out for new jobs – we see our total addressable market to be around 3M+ jobs & 6M+ candidates – or an opportunity to immediately tap into a $8B dollar market.
