THE MUST HAVES: 10+ years of growth or demand marketing in SaaS or Software…this is a MUST…and those with legal tech or adjacent B2B get bonus consideration!
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
HubSpot is key, and experience across the main Growth Marketing suite is expected (Google Analytics, Semrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Location: Based in Charleston, SC or within a 45-minute commute. The candidate must be in-office 2 days per week at minimum. This is a hybrid role, though the expectation is that the candidate will be in the office more often until the ramp period is over and has demonstrated proficiency in the role.
We’re also looking for startup experience, especially Series A and beyond.

THE WHERE: The marketing team is mostly remote or hybrid…but we are looking for someone in South Carolina (or in the Southeast) who aligns with a flexible hybrid schedule.
THE WHO: There are nearly 500k attorney firms across the country…yet most are still stuck in the dark ages with their technology platforms. In comes our client - providing a best-in-class client relationship management and marketing platform intended to improve lawyer-client communications. The company's platform resolves the pain points lawyers face daily by managing the client relationship through technology, including the delivery of case updates, automated touches, and scheduled messages, enabling law firms to get real-time visibility of cases while cutting down the need for meetings.
THE HOW: The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and customer behavior through email, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Comp range is $140,000-160,000. Strong benefits package is also included with Medical Benefits, 401k Matching, unlimited PTO, and stock options.

The Senior Growth Marketer will be the driver…someone at the helm of demand generation and growth. You’ll be pushing initiatives, strategies, systems, and campaigns across all platforms to success.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is an experienced growth marketer with a successful track record in building startups in the SaaS space. You are an expert across the tech stack (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ad platforms, etc.), you are savvy, you fail fast, and more importantly, you know how to learn from those fails and scale successes.
YOUR DNA
First and foremost, you are a killer growth marketer and a subject matter expert in this space…someone who has a track record of growing a SaaS brand (bonus if it’s in legal tech).
You are self-motivated, have a results-driven mindset, and have a relentless enthusiasm for expanding product reach to new and existing users and segments.
You are a doer, an enthusiast, a passionate marketer, and someone who knows how to test, iterate, and navigate success. We are NOT looking for a “yes-man” or just another cog in the marketing machine…instead you are a subject matter expert that isn’t afraid to drive new initiatives and see results through grit, creativity, and engineering marketing strategies.
You love the startup space, have built brands in the mature startup stages, and understand the complexities of driving marketing growth.
You are a goal setter with a growth mindset and push yourself and your team to achieve BIG goals. This includes having a winning spirit, a history of achieving great results, and an ambition to execute on collective goals and outcomes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience in growth or demand marketing in SaaS or Software is a must, Strongly preferred within legal tech or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and growth hacking.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems (HubSpot), and analytics platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and use data to explain successes and failures
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Innovative and creative problem solver.

Performance Marketing: Optimize performance marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.

Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation programs to attract high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
