Our client is hiring a Outside Sales Representative - a true sales hunter and a relationship gatherer for their B2B / commercial property business sector. Be a part of an opportunity to grow a department/sector, help a ton of people, and be in a high potential / high reward environment.


Our client is a leader in the restoration and reconstruction space with nearly 400 markets across the United States and Canada, serving residential, institutional, and commercial customers and clients. For over 50 years, they have served their communities in their time of need when facing disaster.


THE MUST HAVES: Outside sales and B2B experience...including experience selling to hotels, restaurants, hospitals, property management companies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and any other entity that has a lot of building structures. Whether you've sold linens, water jugs, technology, elevators, cleaning supplies, or anything else...if you can come into the opportunity with a Rolodex of contacts and relationships, you'll be set up for even more success in this role.  


THE WHY: a subsection of the construction industry that’s all about helping people during incredibly hard times/disasters - floods, fires, mold, emergencies, and accidents.


THE WHERE: the office is based in the Lexington metro area. You’ll be working in the office or out in the field (aka - no remote options). Only candidates within 30 miles of the listed territory (or willing to relocate) will be considered.

A SKY-IS-THE-LIMIT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN AMBITIOUS, DETERMINED, & RESOURCEFUL SALES PROFESSIONAL


We're seeking a Outside Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years in outside B2B sales and 2 years in customer service, ideally selling to commercial clients such as property managers, operation manager, facilities managers, etc. 


The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and participating in networking events to drive business growth. ​ This sales opportunity is poised for personal and professional growth. You’ll support companies and individuals in getting through some really tough times / situations, you’ll be in fertile soil with a ton of sales opportunities, you’ll have the backing of a strong company and team members, and you’ll be given the right tools and resources to succeed. ​

Outside of the DNA above, we’re looking for the right candidate with experience in…

  • 5 years in outside B2B sales. This can be industry-agnostic, but must have experience selling to commercial clients. 

  • A ‘Rolodex” of contacts and relationships in the commercial building space, facility managers, and/or property management networks. 

  • Contacts/Prospective Client lists and knowledge of the local Lexington market. Being in the know and having that strong network in the space will set you up for success and for the long haul.

  • Hitting personal sales targets and goals, developing new relationships in the commercial property sector, and building market plans to attack key verticals.

  • Utilizing CRM software to manage and develop customer relationships.

  • High commission-based sales environments.

  • Creative networking - everything from charity golf events to networking groups to hosting company workshops/events to local conferences. The more you put yourself out there as the market expert in the space, the more relationships and connections you’ll make. 

  • Outside sales activities - you will be primarily out in the field, with minimal office presence required, and rely on efforts face-to-face and in-person. 



Required Education and Experience

  • Outside B2B sales representative experience and a proven track record in sales.

  • Strong understanding of the commercial insurance policy market.

  • Experience and/or ability to sell over $1mil + per year.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in the restoration or the construction industry…or in property management sales, facility management sales, commercial property sales, etc.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred, but not required

  • Proficiency in Luxor CRM, Microsoft Suite



Travel

  • This position will require up to 100% local travel to potential clients, jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed). 


SALARY & BENEFITS

Comp range is $65,000-75,000k base plus commission, bonus, benefits, car allowance, and more. Total expected first year OTE compensation with commissions is $85,000-105,000+ (with no commission caps).
