QUICK OVERVIEW - TL;DR (please read this section to ensure your fit before applying)

Are you looking for a career-defining opportunity to be a part of a high-growth startup, disrupting the legal industry and recently named on Inc’s Top 50 fastest-growing software companies in 2024!?

This opportunity checks so many of the boxes for those looking for a true career adventure…and as we completed our full Culture profile of this client, here’s what rings true…

  • Scrappy startup environment full of scrappy team members…taking on challenges, bringing their ideas to life, and relying on personalities that push the fold.

  • A team that encourages grenade throws and failing…so as long as you’re ready to rebuild and revise with solutions and strategy.

  • Trust is earned on the hire and independence is given as a requisite…but this comes with a weight to carry and an obligation to deliver.

  • Disrupt, disrupt, disrupt. Not only does the team push disruption of an industry, they are looking for disrupt-prone A-players who know how to push boundaries with successful strategy, execution, communication, and tact.

THE MUST HAVES: 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role (like Scrum Master) in a SaaS environment, with startup experience preferred. 2+ years of hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Confluence. Proven experience leading customer interviews, conducting surveys, and performing market research and analysis. Experience with legal tech or SaaS products is highly preferred.

THE WHY: A young and growing startup (going through its next funding round) and one of the few startups still making waves as a disruptive player with no ceiling in sight. AKA - there are just not as many fertile ground startups anymore where you can step in as an early employee and be a true impact player in leading and growing the company through these formative years.

Plus, you’ll be a part of a small and scrappy marketing team poking holes and building foundations in a legal industry that is ripe for change and improvement.

THE WHERE: The engineering team is mostly remote or hybrid…but we are looking for someone in South Carolina (or in the Southeast) who aligns with a flexible hybrid schedule. Candidates outside of the east coast will not be considered at this time unless they are willing to relocate.

THE WHO: There are nearly 500k attorney firms across the country…yet most are still stuck in the dark ages with their technology platforms. In comes our client - providing a best-in-class client relationship management and marketing platform intended to improve lawyer-client communications. The company's platform resolves the pain points lawyers face daily by managing the client relationship through technology, including the delivery of case updates, automated touches, and scheduled messages, enabling law firms to get real-time visibility of cases while cutting down the need for meetings.

THE HOW: Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will play a critical role in driving product development and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You'll work closely with the Director of Product, QA team, Developers, and the CTO to deliver a best-in-industry product for legal firms.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for innovation, customer-centric development, and creating user-friendly products.

Comp range is $90,000-105,000. Strong benefits package is also included with Medical Benefits, 401k Matching, unlimited PTO, and stock options.

If you are a true growth marketer with the sort of startup DNA that loves to push, pull, grow, and disrupt, then we encourage you to apply!
