QUICK OVERVIEW - TL;DR (please read this section to ensure your fit before applying)

Our client is hiring a Production Manager (aka Project Manager) - a true leader and responsible for managing reconstruction projects across a range of size, residential and commercial, and work disciplines...from fire, mold, flood, and disasters, every week will look different as you're supporting clients during tough times and in great need.

In this role you come to the rescue for people during some of their hardest days – when their business floods, their homes have a fire, when they find mold behind walls, and more. As such, this is so much more than just providing construction and remodeling…it’s all about being in a true people-first environment serving the community as a custodian of trust, excellence, quality, and reliance.

Our client is a leader in the restoration and reconstruction space and has nearly 400 markets across the United States and Canada, serving residential, institutional, and commercial customers and clients. For over 50 years, they’ve served their communities in their time of need when facing disaster.

THE WHY: a subsection of the construction industry that’s all about helping people during incredibly hard times/disasters - floods, fires, mold, emergencies, and accidents.

THE WHERE: the office and market are based in the Lexington, Kentucky area. You’ll be working in the office or out in the field (aka - no remote options). Only candidates within 20 miles of the listed territory (or willing to relocate) will be considered.

THE WHO: one of the leading companies in the space - great people-first culture, support of a large corporate team, yet smaller office branches allow for family and strong team environments. Production Managers are on the front lines supporting projects and getting people back in business and back in their homes.

THE HOW: lead a diverse set of projects...ranging from small week-long needs to multi-faceted and complex projects across residential and commercial. This is not a cookie-cutter set of projects...you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of work disciplines, projects, and needs.

Comp range includes a base salary of $60,000-80,000 PLUS uncapped commissions and bonus structures.

If you are a true people-first and servant leader, a coach who gets the best out of their team, and a driver of high performance, then we’d love to get to know you and learn more about your fit for our client.
