SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
If you're creative, technically savvy, collaborative, have been accused of being a bit of a doodler, and are ready to hustle, Øuterkind might be the place for you. Øuterkind looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join their team to create digital graphics, packaging design options, and digital/social/traditional ad units for a consumer packaged goods client that specializes in personal care products. These graphics will be used for commercial and promotional activities. Additionally, support of Øuterkind’s work in the power sports and automotive categories is preferred.
WORK TO BE DONE

First and foremost, developing a full and complete understanding of the client’s business model and investment outcomes. This is paramount.

Assist in the execution and output of all creative briefs, providing creative inspiration that is aligned with the strategy for the specific business.

Motivated self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of creative initiatives from ideation to final production.

Ability to interpret a project brief, creative direction, and feedback-and apply it accordingly

Support high volumes of creative output including multiple versions of similar applications with minor adjustments to test for client approvals in a fast-paced environment.

Inspire creativity throughout the organization and not be afraid to create and support industry-first concepts.

Develop and set high creative standards that support Øuterkind’s deep passion for extraordinary creative work for our clients. Ensure that creative work is compelling, engaging and delivered with a high degree of professionalism (read: without errors and omissions) and passion.

Collaborate with the Assistant Creative Director and Account Lead(s) to ensure brand consistency and overall effectiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
The Graphic Designer should have at least 4 years of agency experience in graphic design and/or creative. Preference is for direct experience within the consumer packaged goods category with a focus on health, beauty and personal care products in addition to experience in the power sports and automotive industries. This person is a hustler, has an innate passion for progressive design and can work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility is key - we offer a lot but expect the same. Client deliverables will vary based on the project so being able to multi-task efficiently is something we’re looking for. You’re hungry to come up with the next big idea and have the skills to execute it beautifully. This role will report to the Associate Creative Director.
Required Skills:

Able to think conceptually and submit rough campaign layouts for collaboration, review and edits.

Extensive knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe is mandatory.

Prepare production-ready files based on designed specifications for various production methods is mandatory.

An understanding of design fundamentals including color, layout, vector-based graphics, photography, and typography.
-
Create designs deliverables across multiple mediums including but not limited to: print, packaging, signage, deck presentations, digital, social, landing pages and out of home.

Handle projects from concept to completion.

Coordinate with the ACD and Account Leads to manage client timelines and deliverables.

Proofread and carefully check your work for errors.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 4 years professional experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of MAC OS and ADOBE CC is mandatory.

4-Year Accredited School in Graphic Design and/or Fine Arts and Illustration is preferred.

Design Portfolio and/or background in Consumer Packaged Goods, specifically personal care products is highly preferred.

Ability to work well independently and in small or large groups.

Deadline and attention to detail-oriented.

Ability to work remotely and within multiple timezones to meet with clients and other stakeholders at a desirable time.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive salary based on experience of $80,000-95,000/annually with potential for an annual bonus based on personal and agency performance. Health, Dental, and Vision coverage plan options. WHERE YOU'LL BE WORKING / LOCATION
There is a mix of in-person time at the Øuterkind office in RiNo and remote/work-from-home based on client deliverables and timelines. Some potential travel is expected but infrequent. Primary residence local to the Denver, Colorado area is highly preferred to accommodate for in-person meetings and collaboration.

WORK TO BE DONE
Øuterkind is seeking a Client Success / Integrated Account Director to lead and manage a multi-dimensional integrated marketing activation plan for one of its biggest clients. This position will lead all client communications and therefore should be proficient in interpersonal communication and must have at least 8-10 years of account management experience, ideally in the CPG, Health/Wellness, and Beauty category. This is a BIG job for a BIG company, so it will be vital to the success in this role to have BIG ambition and an even BIGGER sense for customer execution, strategy, management (of both people and project), and client relations.
Here's What You'll Be Doing

First and foremost, developing a full and complete understanding of the client’s business model and investment outcomes. This is paramount.

Lead and develop the overarching consumer and customer strategy for 8-10 brands (within this client) to support their marketing and business objectives.

Manage the deployment of all media for the client brands across paid, social and owned channels.

Lead the development of new brands from conception to execution as well as assisting in recommendations for brands currently in market.

Set and measure the specific objectives for each brand, report on ROI and KPI’s often having to deliver these results on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.

Lead all creative development of customer support programs to increase sales velocity and growth.

Lead communications with multiple client teams, orchestrating solutions that will meet all of their departmental goals as part of the program.

Truly own the client relationship as the central point for the agency to the brands while leading a team of talented team members across multiple disciplines.

Collaborate with the creative, strategy and subject matter agency teams to ensure brand consistency, effectiveness and growth is achieved.

Overall budget stewardship within each brand for yearly allocations and spend.

Attendance and leadership of all client meetings.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
This person is a hustler, has an innate passion for applying strategy to the client's work, and can integrate effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate is an experienced creative and client lead with a passion for product, innovation, and client success. Flexibility is key - from working through challenging projects to adapting to a client’s needs and goals, working cross-departmentally, and wearing some additional hats on the team. This role will be the primary instigator and leader of all client recommendations and internal agency resources to over-deliver against the commercial brand marketing plans. As such, a strong strategy and creative mindset are required.
Here’s What You Should Have to Apply:

Experience managing omni-channel marketing with brands in the CPG / Health & Beauty category.

Evidence of strategic marketing and advertising acumen within CPG / Health & Beauty.

Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful leadership for clients.

Experience working within a collaborative team, that has delivered above average results for a client team.

Must have experience, comfort and a desire to lead with senior level clients.

Solid understanding or connection to pop culture, current trends and innovation.

Ability to travel when required, often without much notice.

Working knowledge of all standard business computer applications (Keynote, ppt, excel, outlook, etc.)

LOCATION
The Øuterkind offices are located in Rino in Denver, Colorado. All applicants must reside in the Denver metro area and be willing to commute to their offices at least 3 days per week. The remaining days can be worked remotely. Travel for up to 15%-25% of the time is possible based on the location of the role.
THE COMP & WORK PERKS
The approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $110,000-$125,000. Øuterkind provides a comprehensive benefits package, including performance bonuses of up to 20% of your salary for hitting key goal metrics, plus unlimited paid time off, health insurance, 401k, flexible schedule, corporate-branded swag, a gym facility in their office building, parental leave, ergonomic desks, and company-sponsored charity events.
