Combine - Video Interview

The 'Video Interview' section is a valuable opportunity to showcase your personality, experience, and approaches in a self-guided video interview format.

To complete this section, you will answer questions that are directly related to the role you've applied to. There is also an optional question if you'd like to add or share anything additional with the team you are applying with.

This self-recorded interview format allows you to record your answers on your own schedule. You can re-record as you'd like as well. You can use your computer, laptop, and phone to record. You can also record using your own video platform and upload an mp4 recording to each question.

Each question is limited to 5 minutes of recording time, but you are not expected to fill all 5 minutes of the recording for each answer...we recommend 3 minutes per video. Feel free to answer at your preference to best capture your goals, thoughts, and responses.

Once recorded, your Agent will add these videos to your Combine Evaluation profile. At any point, feel free to reach out to your Agent with any questions!

These questions are noted below to prepare in advance of your recording. Scroll down to view these questions and click the "Start Now" button to begin recording your answers.

Note that you will be directed to a 3rd party page, Hirevire, to record your answers.
