WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As the Assistant Controller, you will manage both the financial reporting functions and support human resources initiatives. This dual role requires someone who can maintain accurate financial records while also supporting the human capital needs of a growing organization.

You come to work with insight, intelligence, strategy, confidence, and strong direction. You don't need to be the loudest or the smartest (and if anything, that would be a detriment in this culture), but you do need to lead with conviction, poise, accountability, and moxie.
You bring a "roll up your sleeves" mentality and work ethic. You love getting into the details while maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
