A CAREER-DEFINING OPPORTUNITY FOR A MOTIVATED, TENACIOUS, & TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER

YOUR DNA

You are a people-first business leader and transformational operator. A strategist, a coach, an independent thinker, vision caster, and someone who builds the playbook, calls the plays, and leads the team to victory.

You come to the executive table with insight, intelligence, strategy, confidence, and strong direction. You don't need to be the loudest or the smartest, but you do need to lead with conviction, poise, accountability, and moxie.

You are competitive, you love to win, hate complacency, and will do what it takes to succeed - putting in the extra hours, finding victory after failures, and navigating the ship with poise, resilience, and grit.

You are motivated by growth – growth of a market, growth of the people you lead, growth financially (both for you and the company), and growth internally. You are a goal setter with a growth mindset who pushes, coaches, and leads teams to achieve ambitious targets.

You know Houston - the market, the people, the players, the dynamics, the opportunities, and the competitive landscape. You understand how to attack and succeed in this large, unique, and complex market.

You have a deep understanding of the entire business ecosystem - from sales and business development to operations and delivery - and how to drive results across revenue generation, team performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
