THE WHO:
Our client is an established leader in the restoration and reconstruction industry, operating multiple locations across key US markets.
The Houston location, where this role will be based out of, serves as a flagship operation with a 90,000 square foot office and approximately 80 team members.
The other branch locations include Nashville, Raleigh, and Richmond.
THE WHAT:
You will serve as a key HR leader, managing vital initiatives across multiple locations including Houston, Nashville, Raleigh, and Richmond.
You'll supervise recruiting operations, implement training programs, manage compensation processes, and serve as a trusted HR advisor to location presidents and management teams.
MUST HAVES:
Several years of progressive HR experience with proven success in supervision
Strong Excel proficiency (Level 2) for compensation administration
Experience implementing and managing training programs
Background in HR policies, procedures, and compliance

THE NUTS & BOLTS:
Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 plus quarterly bonus structure.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As the HR Manager, you will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee development. This role requires an understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate them into high-impact results.
Talent & Recruiting Leadership
Supervise and support the recruiting team (2 direct reports) in their efforts to attract top talent
Partner with hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies and improve candidate quality
Oversee the implementation of effective onboarding processes
Training & Development
Administer and implement training programs using existing corporate materials
Create clear training paths for various roles and track completion
Collaborate with corporate training resources to customize programs as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Manage quarterly compensation processes and reporting using Excel
Implement and oversee annual review process for office staff
Administer benefits programs and serve as a resource for employee questions
Policy & Compliance
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all locations
Serve as a resource for managers on policy interpretation and application
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted advisor to location presidents on employee matters

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Several years of progressive HR experience
Demonstrated success in supervising staff
Strong Excel proficiency (Level 2)
Experience with HR software systems and processes
