The Opportunity: A Strategic, Part-Time Partnership
We are seeking a strategic partner for a 10-hour per week, 1099 commission-only engagement with significant earning potential.
Your mission is not to "spray and pray." It is to act as an ambassador for our philosophy, identifying and building deep, consultative relationships with leaders who believe what we believe: that hiring is an act of stewardship, not a transaction.

You Believe in "No Shortcuts." Your approach to sales is methodical and disciplined. You play the long game, understanding that building trust over a 3-6 month sales cycle is more valuable than forcing a quick, transactional win.

Business Development Professional
The Role: Full-Cycle Client Acquisition
As our Business Development Partner, you will own the entire client acquisition lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful handoff.
Core Responsibilities (10 hours per week):
Architect & Refine Your "Dream 100": Build and manage a curated list of ideal-fit companies that align with our culture-first philosophy.
Execute Strategic Outreach: Deploy our proven, multi-channel sequences through email, LinkedIn, and phone, personalizing every touchpoint.
Conduct Diagnostic Calls: Lead initial discovery meetings to qualify prospects and diagnose their core hiring challenges.
Nurture Long-Term Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with qualified leads over our 3-6 month sales cycle, providing value and building trust.
Collaborate on Process Excellence: Work directly with our founder to optimize our sales playbook, systems, and client onboarding process.
Success Looks Like:
In Your First 90 Days: You will master our systems, refine your "Dream 100" list, and move at least 3+ ideal-fit prospects to the proposal stage, laying the foundation for a robust pipeline.
Your Year 1 Target: Our goal is 20 new client partnerships in your first year. Based on our average engagement fee, this represents a significant six-figure earning potential for a 10-hour weekly commitment.

The Partnership Compensation Model
This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity designed for significant financial upside.
The Structure:
25% commission on the total contract value (our average fee is $18,000).
$100 bonus for every qualified diagnostic meeting you book and we attend.
Additional incentives for securing upfront engagement fees.
The Potential: Your target earnings for the first year are $60,000+, with no cap. That's just 14 closed placements/jobs in one year.....for perspective, our Agents are actively working on 10-25 jobs at one time.

For Emerging Strategists: You will receive up to 5 hours per week of direct, one-on-one mentoring from our founder. This is a mentorship in sales, entrepreneurship, and building a purpose-driven business.
For Proven Advisors: You get the keys to a proven engine, with full access to our systems, tech, materials, and strategic support as needed.
For Everyone: You will receive training on our methodology, our technology stack (Lemlist, Sendr, Gamma, and our proprietary AI), and our unwavering support.
