QUICK OVERVIEW - TL;DR (please read this section to ensure your fit before applying)
Our client is hiring a Luxury Sales Executive in Boca Raton.
This is an opportunity to walk into one of South Florida's most competitive luxury markets and help define what this national brand stands for in this territory.
THE WHO:
Our client is a national luxury technology integrator specializing in smart home solutions for high-end residential projects.
The Boca Raton location serves one of the most demanding luxury markets in the country—a territory filled with waterfront estates, custom builds, and discerning clients who expect flawless execution.
New leadership is now in place with a clear mandate: stabilize the market, deepen key relationships, and set a new standard for what this location can deliver.
THE WHAT:
You will own and build relationships with elite custom home builders, architects, and interior designers in the Boca Raton and Palm Beach County market.
Your job is to become the trusted technology advisor for high-end builders and design professionals—the kind who are building $5M to $20M waterfront estates where six bedrooms is now the baseline and integration is expected, not optional.
You're not selling products. You're selling sophisticated, seamless lifestyle solutions: lighting control, motorized shading, whole-home audio/video, networking infrastructure, and automation systems that make a home feel effortless.
MUST HAVES:
This role demands a consultative seller with a proven track record in the luxury space.
You must be comfortable navigating long sales cycles (6-18 months) with high-net-worth clients and the ecosystem around them—general contractors, architects, designers, and project managers.
Experience in home services, construction, or the design/build world is critical.
You need to understand how a luxury project flows, who the decision-makers are, and how to position yourself as an indispensable partner, not a vendor.
Ideally, you already have relationships in the Boca or Palm Beach builder and design community. If you don't, you need to be a hunter who can build them fast.
THE WHY:
The smart home industry is the next essential trade. A century ago, electricity wasn't standard. Fifty years ago, air conditioning was a luxury. Today, robust networking, integrated lighting, motorized shades, and whole-home automation are becoming baseline expectations in high-end new construction and renovations.
The market is underserved and evolving fast—clients need a partner who can make sense of it all. Boca Raton's luxury real estate market is one of the strongest in the country. Custom home construction is booming at $400–$1,200+ per square foot. Builders are busy. Architects are stretched. And they all need someone they can trust to handle the technology piece with precision and excellence.
THE WHERE:
This is a field-based role. You'll work from home and spend your days at job sites, builder offices, design studios, and showrooms across Boca Raton and Palm Beach County.
You'll check in with the local team but operate with autonomy. This is not a desk job— this is being the mayor of luxury home automation in your territory, constantly visible, building relationships, and becoming the go-to name in the builder and design community.
THE HOW: Your success in the first 12-18 months will be defined by three strategic priorities:
Build the Book: Establish yourself as the technology partner of choice for elite custom home builders, architects, and design professionals in Boca Raton and Palm Beach County. This is greenfield opportunity in one of the country's most active luxury construction markets—your job is to become the indispensable partner they call first on every project.
Consultative Selling, Not Box Pushing: Luxury clients don't buy equipment—they buy outcomes. Your job is to lead discovery, ask the right questions, map the client's lifestyle and design vision, and co-create integrated solutions that exceed expectations. This requires technical curiosity, design sensibility, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
Build Something That Matters: This isn't a maintenance role where you're inheriting a polished playbook and a full pipeline. This is an opportunity to help shape what this organization becomes in one of the country's premier luxury markets. If you need everything buttoned up before you can be productive, this isn't the fit. If you're energized by the idea of building systems, relationships, and momentum from the ground up—this is your role.
THE NUTS & BOLTS:
Competitive base salary with aggressive commission structure. OTE of $180,000-$250,000+ depending on experience and performance.
Top performers will exceed this range.
Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

THE COMPANY & THE BOCA OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a national luxury technology integrator specializing in smart home solutions for high-end residential projects. They design, sell, and install integrated systems—lighting, shades, audio/video, networking, automation, and security—for some of the most spectacular homes in North America.
The Boca Raton market is one of their key territories—and it's at an inflection point. New leadership is in place with a clear mandate: deepen relationships in the builder and design community, elevate the client experience, and establish the brand as the definitive technology partner in one of South Florida's most competitive luxury markets.
This is a high-visibility role in a high-stakes market. Boca Raton and Palm Beach County represent some of the most active luxury residential construction in the country. The builders here are busy. The projects are spectacular. And the opportunity to become the go-to technology partner for elite custom builders and design professionals is wide open for someone who knows how to build trust, deliver results, and show up consistently.
The Boca Raton market is fertile ground. Luxury real estate is surging. Custom home construction is booming. Waterfront estates are trading in the $5M–$20M range. Six-bedroom homes are now the baseline. Builders are busy, architects are stretched, and designers are navigating increasingly complex client demands around technology integration. Everyone in the ecosystem knows smart home technology is critical—but most of them are intimidated by it, avoiding it, or burned by a bad experience with an unreliable integrator.
That's the opening. That's your lane.
YOUR DNA
Relationship-first sellerYou don't pitch; you listen. You don't close deals with pressure; you earn trust through competence, consistency, and a genuine commitment to solving problems. You understand that in the luxury space, your reputation is everything, and trust is earned one project at a time.
Hunter mentality with staying powerYou're relentless in prospecting and initiating new relationships, but you also know that the real value is in deepening those partnerships over time. You're not chasing transactional, one-off deals—you're building a book of business that compounds year after year.
Technically curious without needing to be an engineerYou don't need to program a Crestron system or pull wire, but you genuinely care about how technology improves people's lives. You get excited talking about lighting scenes, network infrastructure, and how automation can transform a client's daily routine. You can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical clients.
Thrive with autonomy and ownershipYou want the freedom to build your own strategy, the support to execute it, and the satisfaction of seeing direct impact from your efforts. You're energized by markets with room to grow, relationships to deepen, and the opportunity to leave your fingerprints on something significant.
Coachable, accountable, and resilientYou take ownership of your territory, your pipeline, and your outcomes. When things go sideways—they always do in sales—you don't point fingers or make excuses. You solve the problem, learn from it, and move forward.
Service mentality that runs deepThis isn't a transactional sales job. You're guiding clients through a complex, high-stakes process that can span 6-18 months from first conversation to final installation. You need to care about delivering an exceptional experience at every stage—not just closing the deal.
