WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Outside of the DNA above, we’re looking for the right candidate with experience in…

• A strong background in construction, preferably restoration, with 5-7 years of experience in the industry.

• Experience as a Project Manager (PM) is essential, and familiarity with Xactimate is preferred.

• Experience with budgets, profit and loss statements, and financial books.

• Working closely with the General Manager and CEO-level executives on high-level business initiatives, strategies, demands, and processes.

• Negotiations.

• Strong team leadership, coaching, mentorship, and personal/professional development.

Required Education and Experience

• Construction management degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years in the construction or restoration industry.

• Prior experience as a Project Manager.

• Experience hiring, training, managing, leading, and developing project managers and other construction team members.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

• Experience using Xactimate, Symbility and Microsoft Suite.

• Previous role as Head of Reconstruction or similar.

• Experience in managing and training project managers.

SALARY & BENEFITS

The approximate and expected annual compensation range for this role, depending on sales and results, is $120,000 - $200,000+ (uncapped potential based on sales). Base salary is $65,000-$70,000, with commissions and related bonuses on every project you're involved with that accounts for the remainder of the compensation.
