THE COMPANY & TEAM

Our client stands as one of the most respected names in property damage restoration, operating four strategic locations across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Their flagship Houston operation, housed in a 90,000 square foot facility, leads their network in both size and revenue, generating over $20M annually with a team of 80+ professionals.

Even better - they operate in an industry that truly serves its community. The restoration and reconstruction industry comes alongside home and business owners during unexpected hard days - floods, fires, mold, and more. Imagine a restaurant kitchen fire that closes the business and 50 employees are now temporarily out of work. Or a broken pipe that floods a home and displaces a family. These are just a few examples of how our client steps in and serves their communities with steadfast service through innovative solutions and comprehensive support.

Their culture is distinctly performance-driven, built on core values that include "Deliver What You Promise," "Respect the Individual," "Have Pride in What You Do," and "Practice Continuous Improvement." Each location maintains its unique identity while operating under these unified principles.

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A DATA-DRIVEN, RESULTS-ORIENTED OPERATIONS LEADER

An impactful opportunity for a detail-oriented, hands-on leader who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and profitably.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking an exceptional operations leader who combines the technical expertise of restoration with the business acumen of a P&L owner and the leadership qualities of a true "captain." The ideal candidate will be deeply data-driven, with a proven track record of implementing processes and driving measurable results across multiple locations. You understand both the science of restoration and the art of leading teams.

Most importantly, you're a polished professional who can seamlessly transition from analyzing KPIs in the boardroom to directing emergency response operations in the field. If you have restoration experience, hold key industry certifications, and have a history of driving operational excellence in a competitive market - while maintaining the humility to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front - we want to talk to you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of restoration/mitigation experience

  • 3+ years in senior leadership role

  • IICRC WRT certification required

  • Additional certifications (ASD, AMRT) strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven experience managing multi-location operations

  • Strong command of industry software platforms

  • Track record of driving growth and operational excellence

YOUR DNA

  • You are the embodiment of operational excellence - a leader who combines technical expertise with business acumen and people leadership skills.

  • You are data-driven to your core. You don't just understand KPIs; you live by them, using metrics to drive decisions, improve processes, and achieve results. Your leadership style is built on accountability and measurable outcomes.

  • You're a proven "captain" who leads from the front. You don't just delegate; you dive in, understand the details, and guide your team through both strategy and execution. You're not a navigator or backseat commentator - you're the person making things happen.

  • You bring a polished, professional presence that commands respect across all levels of the organization. Your communication style is clear, direct, and effective, whether you're presenting to executives or training field teams.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments. You understand that in the restoration industry, every minute counts, and you've built your reputation on delivering results under pressure.

  • You are process-oriented but adaptable. While you believe in standardized systems, you also understand that different markets require nuanced approaches. You know how to maintain consistency while allowing for necessary market-specific adjustments.
