Our client is hiring a Senior Superintendent for a nearly 100-year-old construction powerhouse with $1.6B in annual revenue. This is your chance to lead high-profile ground-up projects while working for one of the Midwest's most respected general contractors.
THE WHO: A family-owned construction giant with over 2,000 employees across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio. They've been leading the industry in sustainable, lean, and virtual construction practices since 1927, delivering everything from $10M ground-up builds to $750M mega-projects.
THE WHAT: You'll be the field general for ground-up commercial construction projects in the $10-50M range, responsible for field operations, schedules, and budget outcomes while leading diverse teams of craftsmen and subcontractors.
MUST HAVES: 8-15 years of field supervision experience with ground-up projects in the $10-50M range. Must be MEP-strong, experienced with 3-6 week lookahead scheduling, have an exemplary safety record, and be Procore-proficient.
THE WHERE: Indianapolis, Indiana, with projects throughout the region. Our client established their Indiana office 30 years ago and has completed billions in construction value across the state.
THE HOW: Three key strategic initiatives:
MEP Integration Mastery: Lead coordination of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across ground-up projects.
Advanced Scheduling Excellence: Execute sophisticated 3-6 week lookahead scheduling with lean construction principles.
Procore-Native Leadership: Champion full utilization of Procore platform for digital collaboration and data-driven decisions.
THE NUTS & BOLTS: $150,000-165,000 base plus bonuses

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As Senior Superintendent, you'll lead complex ground-up commercial projects to successful completion, partnering with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead field teams on $10-50M ground-up commercial projects
Execute sophisticated 3-6 week lookahead schedulingÂ
Coordinate complex MEP systems integration
Manage all project functions through Procore platform
Control costs through weekly evaluation and strategic adjustments
Champion safety culture and maintain exemplary safety records
Build strong relationships across all project stakeholders
Mentor supervisory personnel and emerging leaders
Requirements
8-15 years field supervision experience in ground-up commercial construction
Proven track record with $10-50M projects
MEP-strong background with systems coordination expertise
Advanced 3-6 week lookahead scheduling proficiency
Exemplary safety record and OSHA knowledge
Procore platform expertise (non-negotiable)
9+ independently managed projects from start to finish
Bachelor's in Construction Management (preferred)
SALARY & BENEFITS
Base: $150,000-165,000 plus performance bonuses
