THE WHAT:

MUST HAVES: 

  • We are searching for experienced logistics professionals who have a proven track record in freight brokerage.

  • Experience with auto transport is a plus, but those with general freight experience (FTL/LTL) are also encouraged to apply.

THE HOW: 

There are three key strategic initiatives that this broker will be tasked with:

  1. Book of Business Development: Develop a thriving network of shippers and carriers that generates consistent, profitable loads - leveraging our auto transport connections while hunting for new opportunities in FTL/LTL.

  2. Own the Process: Master our systems to manage loads from quote to delivery with precision and efficiency, turning one-time customers into loyal partners through exceptional service.

  3. Maximize Your Earnings:  Strategically drive daily outreach—through consistent calls and targeted campaigns—to rapidly build your client portfolio and fully capitalize on our 45% commission structure.


THE NUTS & BOLTS: 

  • 45% commission for experienced brokers. $120,000-$150,000+ estimated annually. 100% paid medical coverage, (dental and vision for a small fee).

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a logistics brokerage role, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a book of business. Already have carrier and shipper relationships? Bring your book with you—our client will set you up immediately on their platform with industry-leading 45% commission on every load.


We're looking for self-starters who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment where you'll own the entire process—from prospecting and cold calling to booking loads and ensuring successful delivery. This full-desk role rewards independence, hustle, and relationship-building with unlimited earning potential.


THE DAY TO DAY

  • Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers to ensure competitive pricing and service levels

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Monitor shipments and resolve issues during the transportation process

  • Analyze market trends and data to optimize routing and shipping strategies

  • Make 50+ calls daily to source new business and maintain relationships

  • Collaborate with the team during morning strategy sessions, then execute independently

  • Work with logistics software including Microsoft Access, Shipper TMS, SuperDispatch, and Slack

  • Manage the full lifecycle of shipments from quote to delivery and payment


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or similar role

  • Experience running a book of business

  • Strong track record of lead generation and client relationship management


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in auto transport logistics

  • Background working with CPG or retail logistics

  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CLTD, CSCP)

  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools (Excel, DAT, Truckstop & Super Dispatch)


SALARY & BENEFITS

  • 45% commission on all deals 

  • $120,000-$150,000+ estimated annually, with uncapped potential.
