Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is not just any Project Manager role - we're specifically looking for an experienced restoration professional who knows the industry, understands the complexities of managing multiple projects, and has a proven track record of success in the restoration/reconstruction space.

Our client is a prominent restoration and reconstruction company operating multiple branches throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
With nearly five decades of service in the region, they provide 24/7 emergency services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients dealing with water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
THE WHAT:
You will be responsible for successfully leading and managing reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.
This includes managing a portfolio of 25-40 active projects ranging from small residential repairs to large commercial losses.
MUST HAVES:
Restoration or Reconstruction industry experience
Strong track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with both residential and commercial projects
Ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
Experience using Xactimate and industry-standard tools

There are three key strategic initiatives this person will be initially tasked with:
Immediately take ownership of an existing project portfolio and begin moving jobs forward efficiently
Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified subcontractors
Implement effective project management systems to ensure on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining high customer satisfaction
THE NUTS & BOLTS:
Base salary range of $65,000-85,000 plus monthly uncapped bonus structure (expected total compensation well into six figures).

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Project Manager role requires someone who can:
Manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously, ranging from small residential repairs to large commercial losses ($150k+)
Lead and coordinate subcontractor teams to ensure quality work and timely completion
Create and manage work orders, schedules, and project budgets
Communicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, and internal team members
Monitor job sites for safety compliance and quality control
Provide regular project updates and status reports
Handle the complexities of various project types (fire, water, mold restoration)
Navigate both residential and commercial projects with equal expertise

THE DAY TO DAY
As a Project Manager, you'll orchestrate restoration projects from initial assessment to final walkthrough:
Project Leadership
Lead and manage reconstruction projects from start to finish
Create detailed work orders and project timelines
Monitor job sites for safety, quality, and training opportunities
Provide weekly updates on all active projects
Review and align estimates with project budgets
Team & Resource Management
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors
Manage on-site foremen and crews
Order and track materials
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Client Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance carriers
Provide regular project updates and timeline communications
Navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the restoration process
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of management/leadership experience in the restoration/construction industry
Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Xactimate and industry-standard estimating tools
Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Class A or B General Contractors License
IICRC certifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Commercial project experience
Experience with large loss projects ($150k+)
